Leviticus 27:28-29
28“But ano devoted thing that a man devotes to the Lord, of anything that he has, whether man or beast, or of his inherited field, shall be sold or redeemed; every devoted thing is most holy to the Lord. 29 bNo one devoted, who is to be devoted for destruction ▼▼That is, set apart ( devoted) as an offering to the Lord (for destruction)
from mankind, shall be ransomed; he shall surely be put to death. Numbers 30:2-5
2 dIf a man vows a vow to the Lord, or eswears an oath to bind himself by a pledge, he shall not break his word. fHe shall do according to all that proceeds out of his mouth.Women and Vows
